At Malakai the Label, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals remain intact to meet our quality standards.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or ship your exchanged items within 5-7 business days.
